Go to C:\WINDOWS and look for a file, past the folders, called fmachine.ini. Right click and Open With>Notepad. Scroll to the bottom of the lists and add these two lines:

File>Save
Next time you use the filter, the settings will be in there. Just scroll down the dropdown list for them.
