For this tutorial you will need:
Jasc or Corel Paint Shop Pro, I've done this tutorial in PSP 9 and PSP XI. I believe it can be done in most versions.
You may have to look around for the commands but it's likely they are there.

Font: I used Mariah which you can get here
1. Either install the font you want to use or double click to open the windows font viewer for it.
Leave it open and it will be available in PSP. Put the gradient in your gradient folder.
Open up your 2 tubes. Minimize all till needed.
The scrap kit will be used throughout the tutorial so keep it open.
2. Open a new image of 700 X 485, fill it with white
3. Go to the Scrapkit, activate the achterground (background), copy (control-C) and paste as a new image. This will be your background.
4. Activate your selection tool, set it on rectangle, and select a rectangle just within the yellow lines, copy (control-C) and paste as a new image

now go back to your original canvas,
5. Go to your material palette, set it on pattern and find your dotted pattern you just made, it should be at the top.
As you see in mine, you can barely see the yellow dots but that's the right one. Of course yours may not be called Imag8. LOL

Set at angle 0 - scale 100,

now fill your white canvas with your bucket tool. You can close the original pattern you made now.
6. Layers>New raster layer, set material palette on gradient and find the gradient that was in the zip file: NGSunrays angle 45 - repeats 1

and fill the layer with the bucket tool.

Then go to Effects>Filter Unlimited 2.0>Edges Square>square edge 12

7. Effects>3D effects>Drop Shadow, these settings: V & H 3 - Opacity 75 - Blur 1 color: # 511f1c (very dark brown),

repeat this with -3,
8. Back to the scrap kit, copy the background again, paste on your scrap as a new layer (Control-L) ,
Image>Resize>80%, resize all layers not checked, and move this to the left,

In your layer palette put the opacity at 66,

Effects>FM TileTools>Blend Emboss at default settings: -1, -1, .250, 64, 0.938 for the last three.

9. Selections>select all, Selections>float, Layers>New raster layer.
Copy tube from scrapkit: the large Sunflower (tube zonnebloem),
Edit>Paste into selection, in your layer pallet lower the opacity to 62
10 Copy tube: Stiksel (stitches), paste this beside your flower, see my example,
Drop shadow: V&H 1 - Opacity 70 - Blur 1 color: black, repeat with V&H -1
11.Duplicate this layer, put this one on the other side of the flower. duplicate again,
go to Image>Rotate>Free rotate, click on 90, left, make sure "all layers" is not checked.

Put this into place above the flower. Duplicate this one and move down to below the flower. See example.
12. Copy tube: Tw lemonhatlady, paste as new layer and place over your sunflower, see my example,
drop shadow: V&H 3 - O75 - B1 color: #511f1c (same color as before, the dark brown)
13 Copy tube: (Divider-breed-rechts) Divider broad Right, paste as new layer and move it to the right, in your layer pallet change opacity to 42.
Effects>FM TileTools>Blend Emboss at default settings.
Drop shadow: V&H 3 - O50 - B10 color: black
14 Copy tube: Text Sunflower, paste as new layer and place on top of the divider,
Drop shadow: V&H 1 - O100 - B1 color: #511f1c
15 Copy tube: Lien blokjes zonnebloem (blocks with sunflowers), paste as new layer,
Image>Resize 95%, place it in the yellow frame as shown, in the layer palette,
change the blend mode (in your layer palette where you see the word Normal) to darken.
16 Copy tube: Kaarthanger (tag), paste as new layer, Image>Resize 90%, move up.
Drop Shadow: V2 - H1 - O50 - B2 color: black
17.Copy tube: Pin, paste as new layer, Image>Resize 2x 70%,
Image>Rotate>Free Rotate>45 degrees - right, all layers not checked
Put the pin through the loop of the tag. I made it look like it was going through by, in the pin layer, select around a small piece of the tip,
copy as a layer, make it the top layer and stick it back on the end of the pin to match.
You can use a brush to erase too but this was easier for my shaky hands. LOL,
Drop shadow: V2 - H1 - O50 - B2 color: black
18 On the tag layer, create a new raster layer, set the background #511f1c
(the dark brown) and the foreground to none, vector, size depending on your text
(I used size 22),and type in your name or text in your choice of font

(I used Mariah which you can get here), Click on drop shadow, click ok on the next window and apply the drop shadow: V2 - H1 - O50 - B2 color: black
19 - Watermark and copyrights
Layers>New raster layer. Add your watermark and copyrights on this new layer
Layers>Merge>Merge all (flatten)
20 - Save
File>Export>Jpeg optimizer - compression of 20.
