I am assuming you know the basics of Paint Shop Pro and where the tools can be located.
This is an easy tutorial and can be done by beginners.

Here are some arrows and bars you can drag and drop where you need to mark or underline where you are. .
Just left click and drag to where you want it then let go.
They will stay where you put them until you close your browser.

You can also drag this example with you
I would suggest saving the tag at the top of my tut and keeping it open while you work to refer to for placement or drag the one above.
Open your tubes, duplicate (Shift-D), and close the originals. Open your masks in PSP. Open the font if you don't want to install it.

Let’s Start
Prepare template
Open template, duplicate (shift-D) and close original. Delete copyright layer.
Resize to 600X594, all layers checked, highlight corner layer and Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp mask at 2/40/4, then Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen
Image>Canvas Size 650X650, lock aspect ratio not checked, middle diamond to go evenly all around.
New raster layer, in layer palette, pull to bottom, fill with white

Mask layers
Open ssam_FallDelightColorCombo (this is the color palette for the kit).
In your material palette, foreground, pick pattern and pick the color combo as your pattern. Angle 0, scale 100.
New raster layer, fill with the pattern. Gaussian Blur at 10. Duplicate this layer.
On bottom patterned layer, Layer>New Mask Layer from Image, apply Vix mask 417 and merge group. Resize layer 112%. Move down just a touch.
Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel: bevel 9/6/40/4/0/80/color orange #F3AD00/0/25/40
On top patterned layer, apply Sophisticat Simone mask 22, merge group. Resize layer 108%. Move down just a touch.
Duplicate this layer and merge down. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel: bevel 9/6/40/4/0/80/color orange #F3AD00/0/25/40

Circle layer
Open paper 26, copy, on template, highlight circle layer, select all, float, defloat (Control-A, Control-F, Control-Shift-F),
Edit>Paste>Paste into selection; Drop shadow 3/3/50/5/black

Webpage Design Information
The lacy webpage background was made in PhotoImpact with a tutorial by Deb DeHaven
Sadly, she passed away and her site is gone.
The font I used for all of the text on the buttons is BrockScript
The font I used for the "Autumn Delight" tutorial header is
Sweetdream
.
Click on the font names to download the fonts.
I use PhotoImpact to make all of my headers due to the amazing
3D text it has and the wonderful presets available free online
Most of the presets I use are either the ones that come with PhotoImpact, usually the Gel ones,
or from Deb's PI Tutorials and More (see below) or
Carol Oyl's site

This is the address to Deb's old pages
http://www.fortunecity.com/skyscraper/millenit/1716/pitutorials/objects/presets/presets1.html
I can't find any links to her new pages but the presets are still on this page for download.
For more sites to find PI Presets, take a look at my Great Beginnings page.
