Corel or Jasc PSP

I've done this tutorial in PSP 9 and PSP XI. I believe it can be done in most versions.
You may have to look around for the commands but it's likely they are there.

I am assuming you know the basics of Paint Shop Pro and where the tools can be located.
Preparation
I always open all of my tubes and close them as I use them
 None of the tubes are used more than once so you can close each one after using.
I also keep a copy of the tag example open to refer to.
Save mine from the top of the page and keep it open if you would like to do this.
1. Open your tubes, duplicate them (shift-D) and close the originals.
2. Open a new canvas 600 x of 480 pixels with transparent background.
3. Place your foreground color on #f2d7c8 (a bright color from your tubes)
and your background color on #b296a8 (a middle color from your tubes).
4. Fill canvas with the foreground color.
5. Copy (control-C) the tube "paysage26" (beach and water) and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas.
6. Image>Resize to 160%, resize all layers not checked
7. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
-1, -1, .250, 64, .938, .938, .938, edge wrap checked


8. Copy tube "Yoka_JdL_Shells" and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas.
9. Move the tube with the move tool to the strip of sand as shown.
10. Copy tube "KaraT1942" (birds) and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas.
11. Image>Resize to 90%, resize all layers not checked
12. Move the tube with the move tool to the left upper corner of your picture.
13. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
14. Repeat Blend emboss.
15. Set the opacity of this layer to 60.


16. Copy tube "mds3169Schiff" (ship) and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas.

18. Move the tube with the move tool to the far right of the picture and up, as shown in step 19
19. Set the opacity of this level to 80.


20. Copy "tube-by-stephane-chat-oiseau" (bird) and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas
21. Move the tube with the move tool to the right upper corner of your picture, as shown in the next step
22. Place the blend mode of this level on hard light.


23. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
24. Copy the tube "teddy1" and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas
25. Move the tube with the move tool to the left hand side of your picture.
26. Activate your free hand selection tool and adjust it to point to point.
27. Draw a selection around the dress of the woman, as shown here:
Right click in layer palette, promote selection to layer
28. Adjust>Hue and saturation>Colorize and enter the following values: 228-39


29. Effects>Texture effects>Texture and enter the following values:
Pick the texture "Canvas fine", settings 25-0-1-0-0-315-50-30 white
30. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
31. Layer palette-right click, merge down (this merges the dress to the woman layer)
32. Effects>3D-Effects>Drop shadow and enter the following values:
Vertical: 3
Horizontal: -3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 30
Color: black


33. Make sure all is where you want it (I decided at this point to move the beach scene a bit to the right).
Right click in layer palette, merge visible
34. Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 2 pixels in the background colour.
35. Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 10 pixels in the foreground color.
36. Select this edge with the magic wand. feather and tolerance at 0
37. Effects>Filters Unlimited>Buttons & Frames>3D Glass Frame 3 with the following settings: Frame size 10, contrast 60


38. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
39. Deselect
40. Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 2 pixels in the background color.
 
41. Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 30 pixels in the foreground color.
42. Select this edge with the magic wand.
43. Set your foreground color to gradient with these settings: Foreground-background, 45-3-linear

 
44. Fill the selection with the gradient
45. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian blur, set at 10.
46. Effects>Texture effects>Texture and use the fine canvas settings as before,
they should still be set to the same settings from the last time
47. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
48. Deselect
49. Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 2 pixels in the background colour.
50.Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 10 pixels in the foreground color.
51. Select this edge with the magic wand.
52. Effects>Filters Unlimited>Buttons & Frames>3D Glass Frame 3 with the following settings: Frame size 10, contrast 60
53. Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
54. Deselect
55. Image>Add border>symmetrical edge of 2 pixels in the background color.
56. Selections>select all
57. Selections>modify>contract and enter the value 58.
58. Selections>Invert
59. Effects>3D-Effects>Drop shadow and enter the following values:
Vertical: 3
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 100
Blur: 50
Color: #b296a8 (your background color)
60. repeat with -3 h and v
61. Deselect
62. Copy tube "text" and paste it as a new layer (control-L) into your canvas
63. Move the tube with the move tool to the lower right corner of your picture.
Effects>FM Tile Tools>Blend Emboss with the default settings.
64. Make sure all is where you want it, and merge all.
65. If you resize, use the unsharp mask or Brightness/Contrast to sharpen it a bit.
Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp mask at Radius 1, strength 60, clipping 4.

Or Adjust>Brightness and Contrast set to Brightness of 5-contrast of 15.

New raster layer, watermark. Don't forget to optimize when you save. I optimize at about 20 (File>Export>Jpeg optimizer).
