For this tutorial you will need:

This tutorial will work in any of these programs.
Filters needed
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Nature - available as 30 day trial and
for purchase here
VM Distortion - Center Mirror - available free
here
My plugin windows may look different from yours as I use Filters
Unlimited 2 to manage my plugins - available for purchase
here.
I am assuming you know the basics of your graphics program and where
the tools can be located.

1. Open a new canvas,
300 X 225 pixels (don't change the dimensions or it won't
turn out the same) color of choice. I used white. |

2. Go to Effects or
Filters, depending on your program>Eye Candy 5:
Nature>Corona>Large, Flame Embroidery.

It should look like
this.

3. Go to Effects or
Filters, depending on your program>VM Distortion>Center
Mirror with
these settings, Axes 8, Rotation 128,
Click apply. |

It should look like
this now. You're done. It will be seamless. Save as
a jpg.

Building on this
tile, for an alternative look, go on to Flame tile 2.
