I am assuming you know the basics of your graphics program and where the tools can be located. |

| 1. Open a new canvas, 300 X 225 pixels (don't change the dimensions or it won't turn out the same) color of choice. I used white. | ||||

2. Go to Effects or
Filters, depending on your program>Eye Candy 5:
Nature>Corona>Large, Flame Embroidery.

3. Go to Effects or
Filters, depending on your program>VM Distortion>Center
Mirror with
these settings, Axes 8, Rotation 128, Click apply.
