For this tutorial you will need:
ULead PhotoImpact - available for purchase

Adobe Photoshop - available for purchase

Jasc Paint Shop Pro - available for purchase
here
This tutorial will work in any of these programs.
Filters needed
Fantastic Machines Paint Engine -
available free
here
I am assuming you know the basics of your graphics program and where
the tools can be located.

1. Open canvas 300 X
300, pick a color from your graphic or of your own choosing, fill
canvas with the color. |

2. Go to
Effects or Filter>Fantastic Machines>Paint Engine> these
settings. You will notice that the R G B in bottom right corner
is set to R, you may want to change it to one of the others and
note the changes in the preview window to see if you like it
better. This is all dependent on the color of your canvas.
If you want to save
this setting for future use, click on save and save as "Fuzzy"
or whatever the heck you choose to call it. LOL
